SmartCarb® Jasmine Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 rice measuring cups of jasmine rice
  • water

Directions

  1. Measure 3 level rice cups of jasmine rice and add to carb-reducing inner pot.
  2. Fill pot with cold water, gently swish rice, drain water, then fill with water to line 3 (or number of rice cups added).
  3. Place both inner pots in rice cooker, close lid, power on.
  4. Select SmartCarb® White Rice mode. (Note: for firm jasmine rice, press (-) button to decrease cook time by 5 minutes.)
  5. When cycle is complete, fluff reduced-carb jasmine rice with spatula and serve.
