Products* purchased directly from Aromaco.com may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging. You can initiate your return request using our secure form below:

If you received the wrong item or your part arrived damaged or defective, please submit a Return/Refund form within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
SHIPPING
Shipping to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Excludes U.S. territories.
Shipping Process
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All deliveries are shipped with tracking numbers which are provided to you once the order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order.
All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Aroma reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.
International Shipments
Aroma only ships to the US at present. Our products are also available in-store through our retail partners in the US.

RETURN
Parts & accessories are final sale: Replacement parts and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. You must acknowledge this before adding these items to your cart. If you received the wrong item or your part arrived damaged or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days and we will make it right.
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Aromaco.com. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return.
To initiate a return, fill out the return request form on this page. All return requests are subject to approval and must be made within 30 days from the date you received the item. The actual item returned will still go through a final evaluation process before your refund can be processed. If you have questions about your return, you can contact our customer support team.
To be eligible for the return, the following criteria must be met:
- All merchandise must be new, unused and undamaged and returned in its original package. If the product has been used, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns must be related to a Aromaco.com order. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of Aromaco.com
- All returns must be processed within 30 days of original purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item plus any applicable taxes collected. Aroma does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
