Steamed Asparagus with Dill Butter x Homemade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and chopped in 1-inch pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Add water and lemon halves to rice cooker pot. Put asparagus in steamer basket on top. Press COOK and steam for 5 minutes.
  2. While asparagus cooks, gently brown butter over medium heat in small skillet on stove. Remove from heat and stir in dill.
  3. Transfer asparagus to serving dish and top with dill butter and salt and pepper.
